Fluted Harmony Collection
Introducing our exquisitely crafted Walnut Side Table, a true testament to artisanal mastery and timeless elegance. Beneath the surface, a hidden base structure crafted from walnut plywood offers both stability and practicality. Engineered to prevent seasonal movement, this structural reinforcement ensures that the table remains looking the same throughout the seasons. Table size is Diameter 22” X 24” tall.
Stark Serenity Collection
Introducing the Stark Serenity Collection, a handmade masterpiece crafted from premium oak. This custom piece embodies the perfect blend of modern elegance and minimalist simplicity. Each detail is meticulously designed, showcasing the natural grain of the oak while exuding a sense of calm and sophistication. The Stark Serenity Collection is not just furniture; it’s an artful addition to any space, reflecting a dedication to quality and timeless design. These unique pieces promise to be a centerpiece in your home, where form meets function in seamless harmony. The collection comes in either a cotton white or charcoal color. The table top is attached to the base using offset clips to allow for seasonal movement and prevent the top from cracking over time. Table sizes are 18” L x 18” W x 18” T, and 24” L x 12” W x 18” T.
Electric Sit-Stand Desk
This sit-stand desk I was commissioned to build for a client. The desk features a 1.125” solid walnut top that measures 48” x 29”. This sit-stand desk raises and lowers using the control panel located on the right side of the desk. The electric base system was purchased from a company that makes high-end sit-stand desk components. The desk also features a solid maple drawer to store small items like cords and computer components that are not being used. The drawer is located inside the monitor stand that the client wanted so that the monitors could be placed at the most ergonomic height.
Closet Storage Built-in
This custom walnut closet storage system was built to maximize closet storage space for a client. The master bedroom closet size was approximately 4’ x 6’ and the client did not have enough hanging and drawer space originally. LD&M remodeled the closet by removing the original clothing racks and optimizing the closet layout. This walnut built-in features three shelves for basket storage. The shelving height was designed around a basket that the client wanted to use. There were also four soft-close drawers. The drawer boxes were made from maple plywood and featured a continuous grain pattern across all four drawers.
Modern Coffee Table
This bespoke white oak coffee table was designed and made by LD&M. The coffee table is 48” long x 18” wide x 18” tall. The carcass of the coffee table is .750” thick solid white oak. The carcass sits on solid white oak legs that are recessed in from the carcass to provide an illusion that the carcass is floating. However, if you do get a glimpse of the base, the base was dyed black using India ink and then finished with lacquer to seal the India ink. The coffee table features two recessed drawers that are located on the ends. These drawers feature a push-to-open slide mechanism that is also soft-closing. The coffee table was finished with a hard wax oil finish that featured a cotton white dye that highlighted the amazing wood grain.
Rustic Buffet Table
At LD&M, we can make your ideas into a reality. This rustic buffet table was a commissioned piece by a client. This client had a specific design and size they were looking for. We were able to make that happen. This piece also featured a bench that had to fit between the leg assembly. The client wanted the bench to be located under the table when not in use due to very limited space where this table was located in their house.
