CHARCUTERIE AND CUTTING BOARD CARE INSTRUCTIONS

GOOD CLEANING PRACTICE:

Wipe board clean with soap and water after using it

Dry board and store either on edge or on rubber feet (if rubber feet are applicable)

BAD CLEANING PRACTICE:

Do not soak board in water

Do not wash board in dishwasher

GOOD MAINTENANCE PRACTICE:

Treat board monthly with mineral oil or board conditioner

When board was originally purchased, board received treatment with

Walrus Cutting Board Oil*

*verify ingredients before using for allergy concerns

BAD MAINTENANCE PRACTICE:

Do not use cooking oils, e.g., olive oil and vegetable oil
